On April 25, 2026 in historic downtown Cynthiana, the Cynthiana Arts & Wine Festival brings together local winemakers, artisan creators and the spirited people of Harrison County under one festive sky. Expect handcrafted treasures, glasses raised and stories swirling like the blossoms of early spring.
